Splinterware has no access to the information you choose to input into any of our Apps. Your information is stored on your local device (e.g Windows computer, Apple iPhone, Apple iPad). None of this information is ever transferred to Splinterware or any 3rd party when you use our Apps.

Splinterware collects personal information to set up and manage accounts for our software services and to handle orders of goods and services from Splinterware.

Splinterware uses well established 3rd party payment processing services therefore Splinterware does NOT receive or store personal information such as bank account information; credit and debit card information; dates of birth; and identification documents.

Splinterware processes this information to provide customer service. Splinterware retains customer service information for as long as reasonably required for business purposes or as reasonably required to comply with our legal obligations.

SMTP and OAUTH2 Email Services

In the case of our System Scheduler application, you can optionally choose to connect it to your own email account in order for the application to send emails on your behalf. If you choose to use this option, System Scheduler will only send emails on your behalf and does not collect any information from your email account. If you connect System Scheduler to third party email services from Microsoft or Google no data is collected by Splinterware and additionally in the case of Google services any information received from Google APIs will adhere to Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Cookies

Cookies are small files containing strings of text stored on your computer. Splinterware uses cookies to authenticate you as a user when you log in to our community forums so you do not have to supply a username and password each time. Splinterware does not do any tracking using cookies. You may stop your browser from accepting cookies and this will not limit your functionality when using our website.

SHARING OF INFORMATION

Splinterware may share your personal information with Organizations that Provide Services to Us. We require such organizations to use such information solely for the purposes of providing services to us and to protect the personal information with appropriate safeguards.

Splinterware combines technical safeguards with policies and procedures to protect your information. We work to protect your personal information during transmission by using Secure Sockets Layer software, which encrypts the information that you provide online at our website. We will use commercially reasonable efforts to protect your information.

CHILDREN

Splinterware does not sell products for purchase by children. We do not knowingly collect, maintain, or use personal information from children under age 13. If you are under age 13, do not share personal information with us. In the European Union, the age limitation is 16.
